With the help of OWNDAYS Corporation, we conducted an eye test!

In Iraq, even if people have a problem on their eye sights, unless they face huge challenges on daily lives, people do not go to check their eye nor buy glasses.
 

Especially, rural areas like Qayyarah sub-district in Ninewa do not have adequate health facilities and equipment which means even if people wish to check their eyes, they are not able to do it.
 

Poor eyesight may effects on children’s studies and so eyeglasses are necessary to continue their studies. Our national staff had been willing to have a project of eye test for 3 years.
 

Finally, partnering with OWNDAYS Co., her long-term dream has came true!
 

The venue is a primary school in Qayyarah. We are targeting 500 people mainly students, parents and teachers; however, more people were gathered. Based on the test results we will distribute glasses.
